Record Store Day

It is that time of year again. Today, April 16th, 2016, is Record Store Day. If you haven’t already made plans, here is a cheat sheet to get you out the door. Check out a full list of the record store day exclusive releases here.

Here are some highlights of local official and unofficial RSD opportunities. Whether you hit one or all, it’s definitely worth getting out to something.

Alison’s Record Shop
994 Davidson Dr. Nashville TN 37205
615-356-0180

Great place to start your morning with early bird discounts. I’ve yet to check it out, but they seem to specialize in harder to find records. There is an audio shop across the street should you want to upgrade your record player. They also have a record cleaning machine if one of your favorites is snap, crackling, or popping. For $3 they’ll clean it for you.

8-9 a.m.: All vinyl 20% off.
9-11 a.m.: All vinyl 15% off.
11-5 p.m.: All vinyl 10 % off.
All bargain bin records: Buy 1 get 1 free.
